Of course. If you would prefer I provide you with the final print files after the design is completed, I can do that. i do strongly suggest getting your marketing materials printed by a professional printer for quality and precision reasons.

Those are called crop marks. They let the production team know where the paper should be trimmed to. The artwork that goes past the crop marks is called bleed. Extending the artwork past the crop marks ensures that you will not have any unwanted white borders.
